Two formats are provided: Prosite format providing all the information for the proteins and, tab-delimited format parsed from Prosite format that lists protein name, species, function, subcellular-location and the sequence. Tab delimited format also indicates the membrane binding behavior (1 for binding and 0 for non-binding).
